Pandawa Agri Indonesia (PAI), the only life-science-based agricultural company with pesticide-reductant innovation, has announced a strategic collaboration with NAFAS Agri Services Sdn. Bhd. (NASSB) and FGV Agri Services Sdn. Bhd. (FGVAS), a global agriculture and agricultural commodities company based in Malaysia.
Together with FGVAS and NASSB, PAI is introducing WEED Solut-ioN® to the rice smallholder ecosystem through government distribution channels and open markets in Malaysia.
The WEED Solut-ioN® product is designed to reduce pesticide use by up to 50 per cent, leading to cost optimisation and delivering advantageous outcomes for over 200,000 rice farmers in Malaysia. This partnership symbolises the combined support and endeavours of the three companies in fostering a farming environment that is not only healthier and safer but also more sustainable.

WEED Solut-ioN®, a pesticide reductant introduced by PAI, has been supplied to Indonesian farmers and plantations since 2014. In Indonesia alone, the usage of over 3.5 million litres of this reductant has been recorded across various agricultural sectors.

The introduction of the WEED Solut-ioN® took place during the Seremonial Rapat Agung NAFAS. With oversight of nearly 1 million smallholders involved in various commodities in Malaysia, NASSB is recognised as PAI’s strategic partner in fulfilling its mission of establishing a sustainable agricultural sector.
